Where do you ship?
We currently sell and ship to the United States. Store prices and shipping fees are in USD.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $5.99 below a $50 discounted merchandise subtotal and free at $50 or more. Expedited shipping is $7.99. Taxes and shipping are excluded from the free-shipping threshold.
How long will my order take?
Processing takes 5–10 business days. Standard transit takes an estimated 10–15 business days after dispatch. Add the periods together: an estimated 15–25 business days in total. Expedited delivery has no unconfirmed arrival guarantee.
Can I return an item?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending it. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the buyer. Approved refunds are inspected and processed within 10 business days after the return arrives; bank posting takes additional time.
Are the scene accessories included?
No styling props are included unless the item description explicitly says so. Food, napkins, cups and other background items help illustrate a setting.
Are these measured product photographs?
The new catalog images are AI-generated design illustrations. They do not establish dimensions, material, capacity, packaging contents or certifications. Contact us if an unlisted detail is important to your choice.
Can I put the tableware in the dishwasher or microwave?
Follow the actual item’s instructions. We do not infer appliance suitability, washing temperature or heat resistance from an image.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Keep the packaging and email the order number and clear photographs to service@brivandor.com. We will review the issue and available remedies with you.
How can I change my delivery address?
Email us immediately with the order number and requested correction. Changes depend on whether processing or dispatch has already occurred.
How do I request privacy help?
Visit Your Privacy Choices or email service@brivandor.com with your request. Do not send payment credentials or identity documents in your initial message.
