Product and shopping questions

Email service@brivandor.com with the product name and your question. If you need a specific measurement, material detail or appliance-care instruction that is not listed, ask before ordering. We will help clarify available information rather than ask you to rely on a picture.

Order support

For an existing order, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. Describe the issue and, for damage or an incorrect item, attach clear photographs of the item and packaging. Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords or identification documents by email.

Returns and address changes

Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. For address changes or cancellations, email as soon as possible; changes depend on whether the order has already been processed or shipped.
